Talhia is an Associate at Arcaro Law Group, P.A., representing clients in family and marital law.

She graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in May of 2019 and was sworn in as a member of the Florida bar September of 2019. Before joining as an Associate Attorney, she worked as a law clerk with the firm for over a year. In law school, she served as the Vol. 25 Bilingual Article Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and received First Place in the esteemed Feinrider Upperclassmen Moot Court competition. Finding a passion for oral advocacy, she competed in the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition in Albany, New York, where her team became quarter finalists out of 26 law schools.

In her last semester of law school, Talhia was one of seven certified legal interns that were granted a provisional law license by the Florida Supreme Court to practice law prior to graduation. Through the NSU Children and Families Law Clinic, Talhia was permitted to represent indigent clients in family law matters before being admitted as a licensed attorney in Florida, where she also received the Honorable Charles I. Kaplan Outstanding Service Award for her dedication and commitment to children and families through the clinic.

She has a strong work ethic and brings empathy and compassion to her client interactions, which play an important role in the Arcaro Law Group mission. She is active in the legal community and is a member of various associations such as the Broward County Christian Lawyers Association, Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, and Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. Talhia is also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
