Talhia Rangel completed her undergraduate studies at Florida International University in April 2014, graduating cum laude. She has a strong work ethic and brings empathy and compassion to her client interactions, which play an important role in the Arcaro Law Group mission. She is also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Talhia is currently a third-year law student at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and is expected to graduate May 2019. Talhia discovered a strong interest for family law during her internship for the Honorable Sarah I. Zabel of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, in the Family Division. After her first year in law school, she participated in the ILSA Summer Candidacy program and was invited to join the journal through her work—"A Comparative Analysis of the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and its association with the United States, Brazil, & Bolivia.” Now, she serves as the Vol. 25 Bilingual Article Editor for ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law. Talhia also received First Place in the esteemed Feinrider Upperclassmen Moot Court competition. Finding a passion for oral advocacy, she competed in the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition in Albany, New York, where her team became quarter finalists out of 26 law schools.
