Shanttel Grullon practices exclusively in the area of matrimonial and domestic relations law. The product of American and Dominican parents, she speaks fluent in Spanish and English and understands the importance of cultural influences in the American Justice system. Her background in psychology and law serve her well in understanding the emotional dynamics that families experience at the time of separation and the complex legal challenges that accompany the transition. Shanttel represents clients facing difficult life choices, she helps her clients understand their options and protects their choices through zealous representation. Her professional casework includes divorce, custody, paternity, domestic violence, and Hague Abduction litigation.

As a psychology major in college, Shanttel wanted to pursue a profession that would permit her to work with people in a way that made their lives better. Shanttel quickly realized a deep commitment to protecting the rights of parents and their children. She decided to attend law school to help people solve their problems and to focus her talents on domestic relations cases. Before Shanttel graduated from law school at the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law she was one of a small number of certified legal interns granted a provisional law license by the Florida Supreme Court to practice law prior to graduation. Through the NSU Children and Families Law Clinic, she was permitted to represent indigent clients in court in family law matters before passing the Florida bar exam and being admitted as a licensed attorney in Florida. Her clinical experience solidified her commitment to domestic relations law.

Shanttel’s professional and personal philosophy includes giving back in ways that make a meaningful difference to the local and global communities to which she dedicates her practice. She is passionate about her work, and an invaluable attribute to the clients she represents. Shanttel’s role with the Arcaro Law Group includes representing clients in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami Dade counties in addition to serving clients statewide.
